I see that you’re 13 so a lot of things that are wrong, are not in your control. It’s great you’re trying to make the best of your situation. I recommend washing the dirty clothes and sweeping/moping your floor really well & making sure nothing is on it. They did a crappy paint job and it looks like they just poured the paint in your room, which really sucks. Keep up the good work & remain being grateful for what you have.
