🤍 My Story: I started off at 175lbs with all of numbers being yellow and some even being red! Meaning I was really unhealthy and overweight
🤍 How I Felt: I felt sluggish, tired, lazy and just overall bad
🤍 My Takeaways: Be healthy! To see all of my numbers turn green feels like such a huge accomplishment. When I first started my body’s age was 40 and I was only 33 at the time! I feel lighter today. I feel better today.
