I built a property analytics tool

I’m planning to buy a home this year, so I’ve been spending a lot of time researching property in Singapore.

What I quickly realized is how opaque the information still is —

data is fragmented, context is missing, and a lot of decisions are still driven by gut feel.

So I ended up building a data analytics platform for myself.

It includes:

– Full historical transaction data for private condos

– Future development & planning information

– Urban analytics from my professional background to quantify location quality, not just describe it

Right now, it supports private condominiums only, but the roadmap includes:

HDBs, landed homes, and eventually commercial real estate.

The next step is adding an AI agent that helps with:

– Financial planning

– Listing matching based on investment or lifestyle goals

The idea is simple:

👉 help people find homes that actually fit how they want to live or invest.

It’s still a work in progress, but if you’re house-hunting in Singapore, feel free to check it out.

Hope it helps — more updates coming, and yes, commercialisation is on the table 👀

... Read moreWhen I started searching for a home in Singapore, I was surprised at how fragmented and unclear property information was — decisions often felt like guessing games. This motivated me to create a tool that brings transparency by compiling detailed property data like full historical transactions and upcoming developments. Drawing from my background in urban analytics, I designed the platform to not just present raw data but also quantify location quality, making it easier to evaluate neighborhoods objectively. Right now it focuses on private condominiums with plans to include HDBs, landed properties, and commercial real estate in the future. One feature I’m most excited about adding is an AI assistant that will help users with financial planning and personalized property recommendations based on whether they prioritize investment returns or lifestyle preferences. I believe this tool can empower homebuyers by taking the guesswork out of the process, giving them confidence backed by data. If you’re house-hunting in Singapore, I’d encourage you to check it out, and I’m keen to update and improve it based on user feedback.
