Banana protein muffin
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of milk (I used almond milk)
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 banana
1.5 cups of pancake mix
1 tsp of vainilla
Directions:
Mix everything together, spray muffin tin with oil and bake 350f 20 min
I added some chocolate chips as topping
