**Energy Balls Recipe 😍**

Try this delicious pre-workout snack that will give you the energy boost you need for your training sessions. 💪

**Ingredients:**

- 1 cup of dates

- 1 cup of walnuts or almonds

- 2 tbsp of mixed nut butter

- 1 tbsp of coconut oil 🥥

- 15g of protein powder

- A pinch of salt

**Instructions:**

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 😍😍

2. Form the mixture into small balls, you should get approximately 10, depending on the size.

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and they're ready to enjoy!

You can sprinkle them with cocoa, coconut, or other natural toppings – they are very tasty.
