Importantly, I learned the value of saying "no" without guilt to preserve my space and wellbeing. It’s okay to distance yourself from situations or people who drain your energy. Consistently practicing these habits helps create a protective barrier, allowing love and blessings to flow freely in my life. This ongoing practice has transformed how I navigate challenges and enhanced my emotional resilience significantly. Overall, fighting negative energy isn’t about ignoring reality but empowering yourself to focus on positivity and growth.
