Step Into Chicago’s Fav Big Kid Experience✨
Here we go with yet another big kid recommendation 😅 The Color Factory in Chicago serves as an interactive art museum where you can enjoy sweet treats, indulge in some photo ops, and just take the edge off. Each ticket includes some light bites, small keep sakes representative of the city, and some digital images you take in the Photo Booth- we love a good souvenir. It’s located in the Willis Tower (Sears Tower, real Chicagoans know) on Lower Level 2 and tickets start at around $29! #lemon8partner #chicagoartmuseum Color Factory Chicago
Stepping into The Color Factory Chicago is like walking into a vibrant dream, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a unique, joyful experience in the city! Located conveniently in the Willis Tower (yes, the Sears Tower for us true Chicagoans!), finding it is a breeze, just head to Lower Level 2. From the moment you enter, you're immersed in a world of color and whimsy. What I loved most is how truly interactive everything is. Forget stuffy museums; here, you're encouraged to touch, play, and pose! One of my favorite spots was definitely the room with the pink and white striped walls – it's an absolute magnet for selfies and group photos. You'll also find the iconic 'COLOR FACTORY' letters displayed in a way that just begs for a picture, marking your adventure. The journey through the factory takes you through various imaginative spaces. The colorful tunnel featuring concentric circles with a smiley face at the end was such a highlight – walking through it felt like stepping into another dimension! And who could forget the massive, light green ball pit with its curving slide? It's pure, unadulterated fun, bringing out the 'big kid' in everyone. Seriously, jumping into that sea of green balls was easily one of the best parts of my visit. Beyond the incredible photo opportunities and interactive art, the experience is thoughtfully put together. Each ticket includes more than just entry; you get some delightful light bites to keep your energy up, small keepsakes that are representative of Chicago, and even digital images from the Photo Booth, which means you leave with tangible memories without extra effort. Tickets starting around $29 feel like a reasonable price for such a memorable outing. My top tip? Book your tickets online in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially on weekends. I'd also suggest wearing something colorful yourself – it really pops in all the vibrant backdrops!
