November stair master

My metrics for the stair master so far for November.

I do 30 mins during my lunch break. Friday I usually do an hour with weight lifting. It helped me so much when I wanted to lose weight. 160lbs to 130lbs. Currently at 136lbs trying to get to 125lbs or so. Trying to stay motivated since It’s harder to get the weight off.

Additionally, I've recorded a total of approximately 2,209 calories burned over the month, demonstrating consistent effort. Incorporating tools like the Apple Watch has also helped track my progress effectively. The stair master provides a low-impact alternative to traditional cardio exercises, making it perfect for those concerned about joint injury while still achieving a good workout. I hate cardio! However I know it’s good for my heart and overall endurance, so I like to add it to my workout schedule. This is what i personally do 1-2 times per week in order to help me with my health goals. I also think this is a pretty effective and easy enough regime for anybody to do.
