November stair master

My metrics for the stair master so far for November.

I do 30 mins during my lunch break. Friday I usually do an hour with weight lifting. It helped me so much when I wanted to lose weight. 160lbs to 130lbs. Currently at 136lbs trying to get to 125lbs or so. Trying to stay motivated since It’s harder to get the weight off.

... Read moreThis month, I've focused on maximizing my workouts with the stair master, achieving 30 minutes during lunch breaks and an hour on Fridays combined with strength training. My progress from 160lbs to 136lbs reflects considerable effort, and I'm aiming for 125lbs. Staying motivated can be tough, especially during the colder months and with holiday temptations approaching. Key to my journey has been setting clear, achievable goals. I've integrated the stair master into my routine, utilizing its benefits for cardiovascular fitness and calorie burning. Based on recent metrics, my average heart rate during workouts is 147 BPM, which indicates a solid workout intensity. Additionally, I've recorded a total of approximately 2,209 calories burned over the month, demonstrating consistent effort. Incorporating tools like the Apple Watch has also helped track my progress effectively. The stair master provides a low-impact alternative to traditional cardio exercises, making it perfect for those concerned about joint injury while still achieving a good workout.
