Iron sharpens iron. Having a brotherhood of solid men around you is very important. Some believe that there is some kind of honor or convenience in being a lone wolf. That there is an extra bonus from doing everything on their own. I have found that this could not be further from the truth. We all need someone in our corner. Someone who can help shine the light in our darkest hour. Someone to watch your back, if only to keep knives out of it. Someone who brings the soup when you're sick or the meal when you're hungry. There is strength in numbers. Especially in those who have had their metal tested. Those who have weathered the storms of life to acquire the wisdom needed to help others. We grow together. We learn together. We break bread together. We are family. Some say that there aren't enough good men in the world today. I say, "Less is more! There's plenty of us!" Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 ESV
