My baby ❤️

So I saw someone post using this hashtag #MyPetDiary and I’ve been wanting to post on here so I figured this was the perfect chance!

This is my sweet baby boy, his name is Gage. If you’re a horror movie fan, you know where he got his name from lol. He was a surprise Christmas present when I was 15 years old. He is by far the greatest gift I’ve ever been given. The first pictures are from when he was younger, he is currently 14 years old! He LOVES to sleep under a blanket. He has always loved wearing sweaters. He has always loved to snuggle up with me under a blanket. He loves his treats & loves to bark when he wants attention (typically miniature dachshund lol). He and I have been through a lot together. He actually had back surgery two years ago & the surgery went well since we made the decision fast & took him to the vet right away when we noticed something was wrong. He doesn’t walk perfectly but that’s fine because the surgeon said he wouldn’t. I’m just blessed my mom and I acted fast so he had a high chance of a healthy recovery regardless of his age at the time (he was 12). He is my absolute love best friend and he loves to have all the pets! #miniaturedachshund #he is the best dog 🐶 #mybestfriend #mybaby #dog
