ในยุคที่ AI กลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการทำงานและชีวิตประจำวัน การรู้จัก 7 ระดับทักษะ AI ตามที่บทความนี้แนะนำ ถือเป็นเรื่องที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งครับ ในฐานะคนทำงานสายเทคโนโลยี ผมลองใช้ประสบการณ์มองในมุม User รู้เลยว่าไม่ใช่ทุกคนที่จะเริ่มต้นที่เลเวลสูง ๆ ได้ แต่การค่อย ๆ พัฒนาจากเลเวล 1 ไปถึง 3 ก็มีประโยชน์และผลักดันตัวเองให้ทันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงใหญ่ของโลกได้เยอะมาก เลเวล 1 สำหรับคนที่กำลังเริ่มต้นกับ AI อย่าง ChatGPT หรือ Gemini นั้น สำคัญมากที่จะเรียนรู้วิธีการตั้งคำถามและใช้ AI ช่วยจัดการงานง่าย ๆ เช่น การเขียนแคปชั่นหรือสรุปบทความ ซึ่งช่วยประหยัดเวลาได้จริงๆ ส่วนเลเวล 2 ที่จะเป็นการก้าวขึ้นเป็น Prompt Engineer ต้องอาศัยความรู้ในการเขียนคำสั่งที่ซับซ้อนมากขึ้น และการเข้าใจ JSON Prompt ทำให้เราสามารถสั่งงาน AI ได้หลากหลายและละเอียดขึ้น เช่น การสร้างเสียง หรือภาพให้เหมาะสมกับงานแต่ละประเภท เลเวล 3 คือขั้นเทพของการเชื่อมต่อ AI เข้ากับแอปพลิเคชันต่าง ๆ เช่น Gmail หรือ Notion ช่วยให้ระบบทำงานร่วมกันอย่างชาญฉลาด และช่วยให้ทำงานได้รวดเร็วขึ้นหลายเท่า ที่ผมชอบคือการใช้ AI ช่วยจัดการเมลหรือวางแผนงานอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งลดความยุ่งยากไปได้เยอะ เลเวลที่สูงกว่านั้น เช่น Vibe Coding หรือ Automation จะเหมาะกับผู้ที่มีความสนใจเขียนโค้ดหรือจัดตั้งระบบอัตโนมัติให้ทำงานแทนเราได้ 100% เช่น ตั้งให้ AI วิจัยเทรนด์สื่อสังคมออนไลน์และสรุปผล รายงานโฆษณาคู่แข่งทุกวันโดยไม่ต้องสั่งซ้ำ ซึ่งช่วยทุ่นแรงและเวลาอย่างมาก ในอนาคต AI Agent และ System จะกลายเป็นเลขาอัจฉริยะและเครื่องจักรผลิตเงินที่ให้ผลตอบแทนแบบ Passive Income ได้จริง เช่น ระบบ AI คอยตรวจสอบโพสต์ไวรัลบนแพลตฟอร์ม X และตอบกลับอัตโนมัติพร้อมแนบลิงก์ Affiliate ของ Shopee สร้างรายได้อัตโนมัติ 24 ชั่วโมงโดยที่เราแทบไม่ต้องทำอะไร จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การเริ่มต้นฝึกฝนใช้ AI ตั้งแต่เลเวลพื้นฐานและค่อยๆ อัปเกรดทักษะไปทีละขั้น จะช่วยให้เราไม่ตกงานในโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็วแบบนี้ และยังสามารถสร้างความแตกต่างในสายงานตัวเองได้อย่างมาก อย่าลืมว่า AI ไม่ใช่แค่เครื่องมือ แต่เป็นผู้ช่วยที่จะขยายศักยภาพของเราให้ใหญ่ขึ้นและทำงานได้ฉลาดขึ้น เราควรเปิดใจเรียนรู้และฝึกฝนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพราะโอกาสและรายได้ในยุคดิจิทัลนี้รอผู้ที่พร้อมปรับตัวเสมอ!
