The key: Be yourself 😍

Starting a business is tough. In the midst of chaos, I realise I often get lost and try to do too much.

I have learnt is never about chasing. Chasing after each and every customers, suppliers. Be the no.1 in everything.

You can never satisfy everyone and be everyone’s favourite. Be your own favourite, trust the process, and things will fall in place.

From my own experience, I found that the key to sustainable success is embracing who you truly are and not trying to cater to everyone’s expectations. This means focusing on your strengths and building a brand or business that represents your values authentically. One important lesson I've learned is the power of setting boundaries. You don’t need to chase every customer or be the best at all things related to your business. Instead, concentrate on delivering consistent quality in your niche. By doing this, you attract the right customers who appreciate your unique offerings, and you create a loyal community. The phrase "You can’t be everyone’s fav, so be your own favourite" resonates deeply with me. It reminds me to trust the process even during tough times and not to get lost in comparisons or chasing validation from others. Being your own biggest supporter helps you maintain motivation and confidence through challenges and setbacks. Additionally, embracing your individuality and unique voice can set you apart from competitors. When you stop trying to fit into someone else's mold, you unlock creativity and innovation that connect authentically with your audience. For anyone feeling lost in the chaos of starting a business, remember this: success is not about being number one to everyone, but about being true to who you are and creating value your way. Trust your journey, be patient, and things will fall into place naturally.
