Maybe you don’t need to think about it anymore you just need to physically metabolize and process your emotion. (energy-in-motion) Your body is a channel and conduit that moves truth much faster than your mind does. When you allow for the feeling to rise, move, shake, breathe and release; the expired story dissolves. The frequency clears so clarity can come through and you can perceive and receive it all from a higher perspective. This is how you shift timelines in real time: not by overthinking but by letting your body complete the cycle your mind keeps interrupting.
