What Helps get Rid of Cold Symptoms!

Unfortunately I have a cold or hay fever not sure which, but unfortunately I have watery eyes, runny nose, hot and cold body temperature, sneezing and visiting the bathroom more times than usual.

What remedies do you use to get rid of those symptoms almost immediately if possible?
