What I eat after losing 60lbs in 8 months

⚠️ This is not a full day of eating!! Just some ideas for you!! I try to prioritize 25-30g/protein per meal. I also take a GLP-1 booster supplement 3 times a day to help my with glucose levels (aka, no extreme cravings).

Here are some insights to enhance your journey: 1. **Protein Prioritization**: Aiming for 25-30g of protein per meal can help retain muscle mass while losing weight and keeping you full longer. 2. **GLP-1 Supplements**: These can assist with glucose levels and control cravings, crucial for successful weight maintenance. Many users report improved satiety, making it easier to stick to healthy eating habits. 3. **Hydration**: Electrolytes play a vital role. Staying hydrated with electrolyte-rich drinks can prevent water retention and support recovery. 4. **Healthy Snacks**: Incorporating balanced snacks like cheese, carrots, hummus, and fruits can curb hunger between meals and provide essential nutrients. 5. **Mindful Eating**: Focus on what you eat and when; this can help you understand your body’s hunger signals better. By maintaining focus on these aspects, you can create a sustainable eating pattern that supports your weight loss goals while enjoying diverse food options!

To everyone saying she’s not the same person because she “looks taller” note two things in your subpar critical thinking skillset: 1) camera angles are a helluva drug and social media is built on exploiting them to make one’s body look better. 2) Y’all know there’s scientific proof that carrying around more body weight “compresses” the rest of your body, most of all your posture through your shoulders, spine, knees, and pelvic joints. This has been proven to be one of the reasons why lots of people who lose a significant amount of weight tend to seemingly have “late-in-life growth spurts” aka, they look taller. Often times losing weight also comes with hormonal regulations as well, and that can also cause smaller growth spurt spikes. My uncle was between 350-450 lbs almost his entire life from childhood to mid 20s. He was “stunted” at 5’7” despite the rest of the men in our family being 6’0+, in his mid-to-late 20s he finally kicked the weight and lost hundreds of pounds, worked hard, and when he met his goal, he did a physical, his height had jumped to 5’11” due to better posture, hormonal regulation, and properly stretching muscles daily. He’s maintained that height since, even now at 62 years of age. And he continues to stretch his muscles and keep good posture and a good healthy weight. It’s the same reason that people who lose weight often drop several shoe sizes in their feet or their hands even get more toned, so their rings no longer fit on more thinned down fingers which also gives their hands the appearance of being “long and elegant” when human beings lose weight a whole lot of changes happen besides just clothing sizes going down and muscles flexing. Be jaded by the internet if you want, everyone does indeed have the right to be because of how manipulative and messed up the social media sphere can be, but also please get into the habit of doing simple google searches and minor research before you start jumping to conclusions. It’s not that difficult.

Not being negative, but this doesn't look like the same person. Ones taller than the other.
