In my case, spotlighting the importance of protein intake — specifically around 100g per day — played a pivotal role in overcoming my stall. Adequate protein supports muscle synthesis and preserves lean muscle mass, which is vital during weight loss. Additionally, incorporating low-intensity workouts, such as strength training rather than focusing solely on cardio, proved effective. Strength training stimulates muscle growth, increases metabolism, and can lead to better fat loss results over time. By focusing on these two aspects — protein and structured exercise — I was able to renew my weight loss journey and regain momentum. Sharing these strategies could inspire and assist fellow community members facing similar hurdles.
