Fresh banana Bread.
1-1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
3 ripe bananas
1/2 or 1 cup sugar (to preference)
Mix. Add to baking pan. Cook 350°f until done.
