come say hello in person

I genuinely cannot wait to be walking in full Renaissance garb to get a hot drink from the mermaid coffee booth in the chilly hours of the morning on opening weekend.

And I can't wait to see you all :)

In previous years I have been overwhelmed by stress at this point but this time I am mostly just excited and so ready to be at MRF every weekend for the rest of summer.

So please come say hello if you stop in to booth 203, I'd love to see you!

There's something truly magical about donning Renaissance garb and immersing yourself in the lively atmosphere filled with artisans, performers, and fellow enthusiasts. This year, I’m especially looking forward to visiting booth 203, home to A Cup of Cloudy’s stunning art prints and woven tapestries. From personal experience, purchasing tapestries at the Renaissance Festival adds a unique charm to your living space and serves as a great conversation starter. I’ve seen many customers share how these pieces become cherished decor, reminding them of the festival’s joyous spirit long after it ends. Many attendees have expressed excitement about the wide variety of designs, including some inspired by moon and star motifs that perfectly complement different home styles. The camaraderie among visitors and artists is another highlight. Meeting the artist in person and hearing the stories behind each creation makes every purchase more meaningful. Plus, enjoying a hot drink from the Mermaid Coffee booth while browsing adds to the cozy, festive vibe of the chilly mornings. If you plan to attend this year, I highly recommend setting aside time to explore booth 203. Whether you’re a long-time collector or a newcomer, the quality and beauty of the tapestries make them worth seeking out. Don't hesitate to say hello—engaging with artisans like A Cup of Cloudy enhances the overall festival experience and supports local craftsmanship. Mark your calendar for August 22-23 and make your way to the Michigan Renaissance Festival. You’ll leave with more than just souvenirs—you’ll take home a piece of the magical Renaissance spirit.
