... Read moreHey everyone! Following up on my Ahsoka Tano Mii creation, I've had so many questions about how I got her just right for my Tomodachi Life island. It really was a fun challenge, and as an 'Ambitious Visionary' when it comes to character creation, I love seeing how characters 'could be' in a new format like a Mii! So, I wanted to share some of my personal tips and tricks for 'Making Ahsoka Tano as Miii', and even how you can bring other Star Wars favorites like Padmé Amidala, Hera Syndulla, Luke Skywalker, or even a Mandalorian to your island! Creating Your Ahsoka Tano Mii: My Personal Steps Face Shape & Skin Tone: Start with a slightly rounder face, then adjust to narrow the chin for Ahsoka’s distinct look. For her Togruta skin, I found that a pale orange or peach skin tone usually works best. It's all about experimenting to get that perfect shade that the game offers. Eyes: Her large, expressive blue eyes are absolutely key. I focused on finding a wide-set, slightly almond eye shape. Don't be afraid to try different shades of blue for the eye color to capture that vibrant, knowing look. Eyebrows & Nose: Thin and arched eyebrows can help mimic some of her facial patterns and give her a thoughtful expression. For the nose, a small, slightly upturned shape often suits her best. Mouth: A soft, friendly, yet determined smile captures her personality perfectly. Look for a mouth that isn't too wide but shows a hint of her inner spirit. Hair (Lekku & Montrals): This was definitely the trickiest part! Since Tomodachi Life Miis don't have head tails, you'll need to get super creative. I found that using specific hair accessories (if available in your game version) or selecting a short, sleek hairstyle that gives the impression of her montrals is the best approach. Some 'Visionary' players even use hats or cleverly placed makeup to hint at her unique headpiece. It really is about making it work with what you have! Bringing Other Star Wars Characters to Life on Your Island Padmé Amidala: Focus on her regal and elegant features. A classic, oval face shape, gentle yet strong eyes, and a small, defined mouth are essential. Her hairstyles are iconic, so dedicate time to finding a Mii wig that best resembles one of her many memorable looks. Luke Skywalker: His youthful, earnest charm is important. Opt for a slightly rounder face, bright blue eyes, and that signature messy blonde hair. Think about his early Tatooine farm boy days for inspiration. Hera Syndulla: Similar to Ahsoka, her Twi'lek head-tails pose a challenge. Concentrate on her kind eyes, strong jawline, and that distinctive green skin tone. Creative hair choices or accessories will again be your best friend here. The Mandalorian (Din Djarin): This one is a fun challenge because you don't see his face! You're really making the *helmet*. Create a simple, neutral Mii face, then find a Mii hat that strongly resembles his helmet. You can even use darker skin tones for the Mii to give the impression of shadow and mystery inside the helmet. Integrating Them into Your Tomodachi Life Island Once you've poured your creativity into making your Star Wars Miis, the real fun begins! Watch them interact, make friends, fall in love, and even perform songs. It's hilarious to see characters like Ahsoka or Padmé doing everyday Mii activities. They truly bring a unique energy to your island. Don't forget to give them personalities that match their canon counterparts – Ahsoka, for example, is often described as 'FULL OF ENERGY' and 'ACTS ON MANY WHIMS', which you can select in their Mii traits! Honestly, it took me a while, maybe close to 'TWO HOURS OF' tweaking, to get Ahsoka just right, but it was so rewarding. Every little detail matters. So, if you're struggling, don't give up! Keep experimenting with different Mii parts. You'll eventually create a Mii that truly captures the spirit of your favorite character. As my Ahsoka Mii would say, 'Thanks in advance for looking after me here,' and it really felt like I brought her to my virtual world. Happy Mii making and 'May the 4th be with you' always!
