Fortnite has a TCG?!

Well, I’m late to the party…

I grabbed my first box of Fortnite Series 1 Trading Cards and I’m OBSESSED.

I guess the point is to just pull your favorite skins, but I like them!

Which is better?

Fortnite TC, or Magic The Gathering’s collab?

... Read moreWhen I first opened my box of Fortnite Series 1 Trading Cards by Panini, I was amazed at the variety and quality of the cards inside. Each pack guaranteed a rare card, and sometimes you’d find an epic or legendary card, which makes collecting so much more exciting. What I loved most was pulling my favorite Fortnite skins from the packs—it felt like a mini reward after every pull, and it added a nostalgic thrill similar to trading cards from my childhood. Aside from the excitement of collecting, these cards also offer a deeper connection to the Fortnite universe. Some of the cards feature artwork and details that make them stand out as small pieces of Fortnite history. I’ve heard from other collectors that trading cards like these can become valuable over time, especially rare inserts or special edition packs. Comparing Fortnite’s TCG to other collaborations like Magic The Gathering, I find Fortnite’s version more accessible for fans who might not be hardcore card game players. It’s more about collecting and enjoying the visual appeal of favorite characters rather than complex gameplay mechanics. This makes it a perfect entry point for younger players or those interested in the Fortnite franchise beyond just the video game. One tip for new collectors: keep an eye out for those 'bonus epic packs' mentioned on the card inserts—they often hide some of the most sought-after cards. Also, joining online communities or forums centered around Fortnite TCG can help you trade and learn more about rare cards. Overall, grabbing a box of Fortnite Series 1 cards was a fun and rewarding experience that added a fresh layer to my Fortnite fandom.
