Plus, they make an amazing appetizer for parties and get-togethers. Every time I serve these, they disappear in minutes! Here’s a peek into how I make my favorite crispy birria egg rolls. You really don't need a super complicated recipe to achieve perfection. The key is good quality birria and a little love! What I Use (My Ingredient List): Birria Meat: About 2 cups, shredded. If I don't have leftovers, I've found that pre-cooked options can be a lifesaver. I once picked up a container of 'BIRRIA 120Z' from my local grocer, and it worked wonderfully in a pinch! Just make sure it's well-drained to avoid soggy egg rolls. Cheese: 1 cup shredded Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese (or a blend!). This adds that irresistible gooey factor.
