Matthew 17:20 ~
“If you have faith as small as a mustard seed… you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
Some of us woke up this morning staring at mountains.
Mountains of responsibility.
Mountains of finances.
Mountains of health concerns.
Mountains of waiting.
Mountains that look bigger than our strength.
But here’s the beautiful truth…
God never required you to have mountain-sized faith.
He asked for mustard-seed faith.
Tiny.
Simple.
Planted.
Trusting.
It’s not about how loud your prayer is.
It’s not about how long you’ve been waiting.
It’s not about whether you feel strong today.
It’s about WHO your faith is in!!
The same God who created the mountains is not intimidated by them.
So today, don’t measure the mountain.
Measure your God.
Plant your faith.
Speak His promises.
Stand firm.
That mountain may not move instantly…
But your faith is already moving heaven.
And sometimes before God moves the mountain…
He moves YOU!! 🙌🏼🤍🙌🏼
🤍 Keep believing.
🤍 Keep planting.
🤍 Keep trusting.
Because mountain-moving power doesn’t come from you…
It comes from Him!
Lord, even when the mountain feels bigger than my strength, remind me that my faith doesn’t have to be big — it just has to be placed in You. Grow my trust. Strengthen my heart. Help me speak to my mountains with confidence, knowing You are already working. In Jesus’ name, Amen!! 🤍

Faith is often thought of as something grand and overwhelming, but this article beautifully reminds us that it only takes a tiny, mustard seed-sized faith to face the largest obstacles in life. From my experience, placing trust in something greater than ourselves can bring remarkable peace and resilience, even during the most challenging times. When I first encountered the concept of mustard seed faith, it was during a season of personal struggle—balancing job pressures, family needs, and health worries. I realized that I didn't need to muster mountain-moving faith on my own; instead, I needed to plant small seeds of faith daily. Simple prayers, moments of gratitude, and speaking positive promises to myself helped forge a path through those mountains. One of the most powerful lessons is that faith is not a matter of size or loudness but of focus on who is at the center of that faith. The same God who created the mountains is not intimidated by them. This understanding allowed me to stop measuring the difficulty of the mountain and instead measure my trust in God’s power and promises. In practical terms, moving forward with mustard seed faith means cultivating patience and persistence. Sometimes the mountain doesn't move right away, but the internal changes in our hearts and attitudes indicate that faith is at work. I've seen that before external circumstances change, God often moves the person first—teaching us strength, growth, and endurance. For those feeling overwhelmed today by mountains of responsibility, finances, or health, I encourage you to plant your faith seeds. Speak words of encouragement and trust aloud or in your heart. Keep believing, keep planting, and keep trusting—even when the path ahead looks daunting. Mountain-moving power truly comes from Him, not from us, and embracing that truth can transform even the most intimidating challenges into opportunities for growth and divine intervention.
