🍞Just a Little Daily Bread…🍞
Lamentations 3:22–23 ~
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail.
They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.”
Some mornings we wake up carrying yesterday’s weight.
Mistakes.
Regrets.
Things we wish we could redo.
But God doesn’t meet us with condemnation… He meets us with mercy.
Right here.
Right now.
In this very moment.
You don’t have to clean yourself up before coming to Him.
You don’t have to pretend everything is fine.
His mercy meets you exactly where you are.
At the kitchen table.
In the car on the way to work.
In the quiet moments when your heart whispers a prayer.
Mercy isn’t earned.
It’s given.
And today, just like every day, God is saying…
“My child, My mercy meets you here.”
Lord, thank You that Your mercy meets me right where I am. When I feel overwhelmed by yesterday or worried about tomorrow, remind me that Your compassion is new today. Help me walk in the freedom of Your grace and extend that same mercy to others. Amen! 🤍
