But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
In a world that constantly tells us to chase more, do more, be more…
God gently reminds us to seek Him first.
Not after the to-do list.
Not after the stress.
Not after we’ve tried everything else.
First.
Before the decisions…
Before the worry…
Before the noise of the day begins.
Seeking the Kingdom isn’t about perfection…
It’s about priority.
It’s choosing His presence over pressure.
His truth over fear.
His way over our own understanding.
And here’s the beautiful promise…
When we put God first,
everything else falls into place according to His will.
Not always how we expect…
But always exactly how we need.
So today, don’t strive ~ seek.
Don’t chase ~ trust.
Don’t carry it all ~ surrender it.
Because when the King is first…
Everything else follows.
Lord, help me to seek You first in all things.
Before my thoughts run wild, before my plans take over… center my heart on You.
Teach me to trust Your timing, Your provision, and Your way.
Today, I choose Your Kingdom over everything else.
