t’s been so fascinating watching the life cycle of our classroom Pumpkin Jack unfold! As of now, he’s completely covered in mold and has started decomposing. The kids are so intrigued by the changes—watching science happen right before their eyes! 🌱✨
But here’s the most surprising part: we’ve noticed some of his seeds are already starting to sprout! That’s not supposed to happen until spring, but nature has its own timeline sometimes. This has sparked such great discussions with my students about decomposition, plant growth, and the conditions seeds need to germinate.
