🍪 RED VELVET COOKIE RECIPE 🍪

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

⭐️1 box of red velvet cake mix

⭐️1/3 cup vegetable oil

⭐️2 eggs

⭐️1/2 bag white chocolate chips

⭐️White chocolate Truffles

In a bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil.

Once combined Add in half a bag of white chocolate chips like in the fourth picture.

It should look like the fifth picture once combined! Let the Dough rest for 5 mins at room temperature(doesn’t need to be in the fridge)

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the dough. Using your fingers create a little crater and add in a white chocolate truffle. Then roll the dough over the truffle completely sealing the truffle inside the dough.

Place your cookies about 2 inches apart and bake them in a preheated oven at 350 for 9 mins. Once done let the cookies cool down for a few mins and enjoy!

This is the finished cookie! It’s delicious and easy to make!
