🍫 THE BEST CHEESECAKE BROWNIES YOU’LL EVER TRY 🍫

There is no better combination than cheesecake and brownies. The fudginess of the brownies and the creaminess of the cheesecake is just a *muah* let’s get into this recipe!

Ingredients

For the Fudgy Brownie Layer:

⭐️1 cup unsalted butter, melted

⭐️1 ½ cups granulated sugar

⭐️¾ cup light brown sugar, packed

⭐️¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

⭐️1 tsp vanilla extract

⭐️4 large eggs, room temperature

⭐️1 cup all-purpose flour

⭐️½ tsp salt

⭐️1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

For the Cheesecake Swirl:

⭐️12oz cream cheese, softened

⭐️¼ cup granulated sugar

⭐️1 large egg, room temperature

⭐️½ tsp vanilla extract

⭐️ 1 tablespoon all purpose flour

Directions

⭐️ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

Make the brownie layer

⭐️ In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and glossy.

⭐️ Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and eggs, whisking until well combined and shiny.

⭐️ Gently fold in flour and salt using a spatula until just combined.

⭐️ Fold in the chocolate chips. Reserve about ½ cup of the batter to swirl on top, and pour the rest into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface.

Make the cheesecake mixture

⭐️ In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat until creamy and lump-free.

Assemble

⭐️ Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the brownie batter. Dollop spoonfuls of the reserved brownie batter on top. Use a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the batters together for a marbled look.

Bake

⭐️ Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is just set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). Do not overbake to keep them fudgy!
