As a mom with 4 kids that are 9 and younger it’s so hard for me to keep up with my self care. At times I will look in the mirror and get a bit depressed because I know that I could do so much better.
I feel like I lost myself becoming a mother. Being a mother is my only identity and I knew that things needed to change.
Besides a mom I am also a wife and I am Adaysha. With my youngest turning 2 years old in September I am making it a habit to bring in the self care and focus on finding myself again.
