🐖 Pulled Pork (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

• 4 lbs pork shoulder (butt)

• 1 cup barbecue sauce

• ½ cup apple cider vinegar

• ½ cup chicken broth

• ¼ cup brown sugar

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tbsp smoked paprika

• 1 tbsp garlic powder

• 1 tbsp onion powder

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.

2. In a bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients.

3. Pour sauce over pork.

4. Cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 5–6 hours.

5. Shred pork with two forks and stir back into sauce.

6. Serve on buns, over rice, or with roasted veggies.

🍗 Chicken and Rice (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

• 2 lbs chicken breasts

• 1½ cups long-grain white rice

• 1 medium onion, diced

• 3 cups chicken broth

• 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

• 1 tbsp minced garlic

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions

1. Add chicken, onion, garlic, rice, and seasonings to slow cooker.

2. Pour in chicken broth and gently stir.

3. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.

4. Stir in frozen peas and carrots during the last 30 minutes.

5. Shred or cube chicken before serving and mix well.

🥔 Creamy Sausage and Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground Italian sausage

• 6 cups diced potatoes (about 5 potatoes)

• 1 medium onion, diced

• 3 cups chicken broth

• 1 tsp dried basil

• ½ tsp dried oregano

• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 4 cups chopped kale

Instructions

1. Brown sausage in a skillet, then drain excess grease.

2. Add sausage, potatoes, onion, broth, and seasonings to slow cooker.

3. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

4. Stir in heavy cream and kale during the last 30 minutes.

5. Serve warm with crusty bread.

🍯 Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)

• ½ cup soy sauce

• ½ cup honey

• ¼ cup ketchup

• ¼ cup chicken broth

• 1 tbsp minced garlic

• 1 tsp dried oregano

• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

• ¼ tsp black pepper

• 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

1. Place chicken thighs in slow cooker.

2. Whisk together remaining ingredients (except cornstarch).

3. Pour sauce over chicken.

4. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

5. For thicker sauce: mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, stir in, and cook 15 more minutes.

6. Serve over rice or noodles.
