✨ Mini Cheesecake Cups 3 Ways ✨

Cheesecake will always be a top tier dessert! These mini cheesecake cups give the right amount of sweetness and a tip of tangy with the cheesecake to make this dessert balancing! To make these cups I used my Cheesecake Filling Recipe:

Ingredients:

•8oz cream cheese softened

•1/2 cup of powdered sugar

•3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

•1 Tbspn Vanilla Extract

Directions:

•To make the cheesecake filling combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

•While mixing SLOWLY pour the heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. If you go too fast it will be soupy but if you go slow it will come together just right.

•After pouring all the heavy whipping cream in, continue to mix the mixture for an additional 2-3

minutes or until the mixture produces soft peaks.

•To assemble the cups you will layer

-Dubai: a swirl of cheesecake filling, the pistachio kitaifi mix, and chocolate ganache

-Apple Crisp: a swirl of cheesecake, apple filling, and crumble topping. Can top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

-S’mores- graham cracker crust, a swirl of cheesecake, a swirl of fluff. Top with mini marshmallows and a chocolate syrup drizzle

As always, if you love the recipe save it and share it with friends and if you make it, post a photo below I would love to see it!

From my experience, the key to a perfect cheesecake filling is the way you incorporate the heavy whipping cream slowly into the cream cheese mixture. Pouring it gradually while mixing helps achieve that smooth, fluffier texture with soft peaks, essential to balance sweetness and tang. The Dubai version introduces a unique Middle Eastern flair with pistachio kitaifi and rich chocolate ganache, giving a delightful crunchy texture and exotic aroma. When I tried this, I found the nutty pistachio complemented the tangy cheesecake perfectly. The Apple Crisp cups are a cozy nod to a classic fall dessert. Using fresh or canned apple filling with a crunchy crumble topping adds contrasting textures that make the dessert more satisfying. Adding a sprinkle of cinnamon on top enhances the warm, spiced notes that pair beautifully with creamy cheesecake. Topping with whipped cream creates a light finish. For S’mores lovers, this variation is a nostalgic treat with a graham cracker crust, cheesecake swirl, and marshmallow fluff. The toasted mini marshmallows and chocolate syrup drizzle bring that campfire favorite directly to your dessert table. When I made these, carefully toasting the marshmallows slightly before topping helped avoid burning but gave a lovely caramelized flavor. Overall, mini cheesecake cups are excellent for parties or casual gatherings because they’re easy to serve and portion. Plus, the ability to customize toppings lets you cater to different tastes or use seasonal ingredients. Sharing photos of your creations is always rewarding—seeing others try the recipe and add their own spin keeps baking fun and interactive!
