I recently tried making these Banana Pudding Cookies, and they turned out to be an instant favorite among my friends and family. The combination of yellow cake mix and banana crème jello creates such a fragrant and moist dough that’s incredibly easy to work with. Adding white chocolate chips brought a sweet creaminess that complemented the banana flavor beautifully. One tip I found helpful was to slightly crush the vanilla wafers before folding them into the dough. This added a nice subtle crunch inside each cookie, while placing a whole vanilla wafer on top before baking gave it a satisfying texture contrast after coming out of the oven. I also experimented with baking times depending on my oven’s heat distribution—9 minutes gave me a softer cookie, whereas 10 minutes offered a slightly crisp edge, so adjust to your preference. For those who enjoy a stronger banana flavor, using a full packet of banana pudding mix is a great option, but 1/2 packet balances the sweetness nicely without overpowering the cookie. These cookies are perfect served warm with a glass of milk or even chilled if you prefer something cooler. Overall, this recipe is a fantastic quick-bake dessert that doesn’t require complex ingredients or special equipment. If you love banana pudding and cookies alike, this mashup is definitely worth trying at home for a satisfying treat that everyone will enjoy!
