FYI, you can make your own vanilla sugar SUUUUPER easy!! Just stick vanilla beans in a container of sugar. Mix it around often and leave it in there for months. The flavor seeps into the sugar so nicely. I then throw the beans in a coffee grinder w some of the sugar and grind them up to add back to the sugar.
