Here is a very common breakfast that I have on REPEAT!! It’s so good that my husband eats the exact same thing and he isn’t on a weightloss journey!
It’s full of flavor. Easy to make and great to meal prep for work! It’s real food that keeps me feeling full and makes my foodie taste buds so happy!
Scrambled eggs with salt, pepper and onion powder! Crispy seasoned breakfast potatoes made in the air fryer and sprinkled with cheese of choice! Bacon or breakfast sausage depending on my mood and avocado! Sometimes I throw in Green onions and tomato! I call this my power bowl! So savory and filling thanks to the balanced carbs, protein and fats! I usually drink some real orange juice or eat a side is fruit drizzled with honey!
In my 20s I avoided carbs when I would diet and I’m sure that was the reason for my yo-yo dieting 🥲😭. Thank god those days are gone.
Potatoes are my favorite carbs! They keep you full! They are full of fiber and low calorie. I love me some healthy French fries! This is exactly what I never felt miserable or as if I was “dieting” or restricting myself!
