That’s right! I didn’t compromise happiness and potatoes make me happy! They’re also low calorie and keep you full!!!

I’m realistic so I learned how to whip of quick meals full of flavor under 15-20 min! Cause ya girl can get busy.

I balance protein , fat, carbs and happiness! That’s how I stuck to the plan & burned off 88 pounds.
