⬇️ 88lbs + in the best shape of my life.

I got into the best shape of my life and didn’t have to cook different meals for my spouse. We ate the same things. If I would have had to cook different meals then it wouldn’t have worked because who has time for that?

One thing about us is that we eat good. We cook good and we rarely go out to eat for that reason. There is no worse heart break than being cat fished by a restaurant and disappointed by a meal you spent $100 ish on. I can’t be the only one..😭

Anyways. I dropped 88 pounds and got into the best shape of my life. Look at my before and afters on my page. I did it without having to eat bland food or protein shakes all day or lettuce all day.

I love me some salads but I don’t live off veggies.

I learned what the body needs & my body thrived.

Let me break it to ya.

You need all 3 macronutrients! You need carbs! You need fats and you need protein!! They all work together to make your body feel at its prime.

Whoever told you that carbs are the enemy, fire them. Sure you can drop a couple pounds eating low carb but guess what? You’re gonna yoyo right back and gain it back maybe even more 🤦🏼‍♀️

How do I know? Cause I’ve been there friend. Don’t do it.

I share a lot of before and after photos on my page! It’s been a journey. I look like a new human. I’ve learned so much and I feel amazing.

This is your year. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I started eating Mediterranean. sour dough bread and pasta are actually great for you when made with no additives or preservatives just simple flour, water, salt. Legumes and beans good for you too, physically & mentally. Your really into physical & mental health so you should watch Blue Zones on Netflix girl🩷
