Start walking. Get on the phone with family and a friend, play a podcast, music and walk! Getting 10k steps a day is not hard. Break it into increments!

Stop drinking your calories! flavor or infuse your water! Put the juice down! Put the soda down. There are replacements for that too if you like bubbly drinks!

Make a goal to have each meal be at least 30g of protein? You’ll burn calories while digesting all that protein and you’ll stay full longer. It’ll reduce cravings and snacking!!

Downloaded fitness pal and change the country to UK! It allows you have the perks without having to pay for the app! this helps you scan the food you eat if your food has a label! You don’t realize how much you are overeating until you log your day of eating.

Skip the restaurants if you’re serious about getting right and right before summer! Not being in control of your meal preparation will make it hard to lose weight. Restaurants use the cheapest oils and ingredients that cause inflammation. So many hidden sauces and additives that make any salad on the menu over 1000 calories 😭 look up your favorite salad or meal online and see how many calories it has 😭

Water. Drink it. Drinking 1 cup of water a day makes your body think that you’re in starvation/ dehydration mode and it’s going to slow down metabolism and hold on to excess fat and water weight!!

Bonus for looking extra good this summer. Pick up a pair of weights! Go to Walmart or target or Amazon! I have my favorite and affordable at home dumbbells and workout gear linked on my Bio! It’s how I started my weightloss journey! You don’t need time to drive to a gym or be shy around people. Do it in your living room! Do it at home!!! You don’t need to be a pro and you don’t need a lot of time!!!

20 min is better than 0 minutes. Squat. Do curls. Jumping jacks.. jump rope. There are so many workouts you can do at home and get results. YouTube your heart away. TikTok your heart away.

Intermittent fasting. If you’ve never done it start slow. 16:8. Fast for 16 hours and eat all your meals within an 8 hour window!

work it around your favorite meal. If you love breakfast then make sure your 8 hour window falls during your breakfast time!

Example: eat 8am- last meal by 4pm

Fasting 4pm-8am

If you love dinner time with family then include that in your window!!

Start eating 12pm- 8pm start eating at noon and stop by 8pm!

or 11am-7pm

Quality sleep. Put the phone down an hour before bedtime! Cut the blue light exposure out before bed! 🫶🏻 Learn about non habit forming drinks or supplements you can take if you struggle with sleep.
