Ingredients

Meat (choose your favorite)

• 1 lb Ground turkey/beef or chicken

•rotisserie chciken or sams club meat balls

Produce

• 1 Basil, Fresh

•red pepper flakes

•Italian seasoning

• 3 Garlic cloves, large

• 1 Yellow onion, medium

Condiments

• 1 24 oz jar of vodka sauce or garlic tomato sauce

Pasta: I do high protein noodles. I like Banza brand.

• 8 oz Pasta, dry

Baking & Spices

• 1 Salt and pepper

• 1 tbsp Olive oil

Dairy

• 1 Parmesan shaved

• 1/2 cup Whole milk cottage cheese
