I implemented that & guess what happened..
I lost 90 pounds, fell in love with moving my body and make over 300k from a side hustle.
All because I decided to be a little selfish and put myself first. What do I mean by that? I made myself a priority. I don’t care how busy things got or how big my to do list at home was I carved out 30 min- 1 hour of time for me. I went for a walk. I went for a job. I picked up some dumbbells at home. I decided to learn new skills and build an extra source of income.
As women we are givers and nurturing by nature. We want to care for others and make sure everyone around us is good. Make sure YOU are good too!
Make sure you feel good. Make sure you are showing yourself love by actually taking care of yourself.
It changed my life. I don’t care if laundry needs to get done or if dishes are backed up I’m going to get my workout in even if it’s 30 min outside. I’ll do the dishes after.. because when I take care of me I can take care of the rest.
