How I lost 90 pounds.
The biggest tip is:
Controlling the food production. You’d be surprised at the amount of calories in the meals you order from restaurants. Even your favorite salads have hidden calories and over 1000 calories 😭😭
You think you’re doing well but you aren’t.
I learned a about nutrition and what my
Body needed. I started fueling properly and not starving and that caused me to stop snacking because I just wasn’t hungry anymore.. my meals kept me satisfied until the next meal time.
Less snacking means less calories in!
I also make sure my plates are protein focused. Your body has to work harder to break down protein so it actually burns calories trying to digest protein. Win win. 😂
