32 & in the best shape of my life.
this wasn’t always the case. I spent my 20s yoyo dieting. I wasn’t consistent. I would get to a goal then self sabotage. I thought the answer was elimination diet. Truth is if you remove everything you love then you’ll just go crazy one day. It’s not sustainable. Summer is around the corner. It’s not to late to feel better, look better and have more energy.
Simple things I do that make a huge difference:
Water. Drink it!!! Flavor it. Do what you have to do.
Dehydration can mimic hunger. Your body’s asking for water. You are dry bestie. Drink your water.
Walk. It’s free. You were blessing with 2 working legs. Use them. Weight melted off my body when I consistently got 10,000 steps a day. Stay verticle.
Protein. Make the star of your meals the protein. The absolute bottom line, minimal amount of protein should aim for is 100g a day every plate should have at least 30g!!! 2 eggs are not enough. 2 eggs is only 12g of protein. Loading my plate with protein helps me avoid snacking. I’m full until the next meal time.
Start there. If you commit to those 3 things above you will feel like a new person by summer time.
