Find out how many calories your body needs daily (TDEE)

This includes what you burn just by being alive and your daily activity.

Go to this free calculator:

Enter your age, weight, height, gender & activity level

It will tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight.

To lose weight, eat fewer calories than that number

Eat 250–500 calories less per day for steady weight loss.

A 500-calorie daily deficit = about 1 pound lost per week.

To track meals I use fitness pal app! The free version!

That’s it! No guesswork, no crazy math.
