If you know me, you have heard me say this… Disney is so good about food allergies!!! I am gluten and dairy free, and most of the time I am just happy if there is something besides salad on the menu. 🫣However over the past few years Disney has gone above and beyond my expectations, it is SO nice to just feel normal while ordering . If you have allergies i’m sure you know what I mean haha. From mickey waffles( crystal palace is my fav) to chicken tenders (widely available!!) the parks never fail to amaze me with the food options!!
If you have little kids or if you want to (i did!) check out the Halloween party, they provided full bags of candy for allergies!!! I cannot speak for the other holidays but I have no doubt they uphold the standard year round :) Arguably the best part, no upcharge for gluten or dairy free! To me that is such a relief☺️
