NDLPT Bag Tag 🏷️ 🖤🤍

🤍I finally got around to finishing the stitching for this canvas so I was more motivated than ever to give self finishing a try! This was SUCH a challenge. I have zero sewing experience, so I basically relied on TikTok’s to get me through this process. I redid the stitching of the two cookies twice just to make sure I had it right.

🖤The absolute WORST part was making the cording. I redid the cording at least 4 times. I’m not sure why it was so difficult for me, but I was using my kitchenaid mixer to make it, which is probably not recommended. I may get a cording maker at some point if I want to do this again.

🩶I found all of my finishing supplies from Hobby Lobby and Michaels. I could’ve gotten everything from Hobby Lobby, but I tried to take advantage of a Michaels sale. Total for all of my finishing supplies I spent $50. I have soooo much leftover and will be able to finish many more projects.

I think I’m going to take an ornament finishing class so I can learn to do this the right way next time!

It’s not perfect, but I love it 🤩
