Trust in God

Trusting God is a heartfelt journey that many of us experience in our daily lives. I remember times when outcomes seemed uncertain, and the waiting was longer than I expected. It’s natural to feel anxious or doubtful when things don't add up, but I’ve learned that true trust goes beyond just spoken words—it’s about surrender and peace. One verse that has deeply encouraged me is John 6:29, where it says, "This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent." Belief in Jesus is more than an abstract idea; it’s about relying on His character and promises even when they feel distant. When I face moments where answers are delayed, I remind myself that God sees the beginning and the end. This perspective helps me release the need to control every detail and rest in the assurance that if He has promised it, He will bring it to pass. Belief and trust work hand in hand. Belief initiates the journey; trust sustains it. Even when my heart is tired of waiting, choosing to trust God fully brings a peace that is hard to explain. It looks like continuing forward despite uncertainty and holding on to faith when the results aren’t yet visible. When God plants a vision in your heart, He will sustain it. When He makes a promise, He will fulfill it. Sharing this experience with others has helped me grow stronger, knowing I’m not alone in the struggle between doubt and belief. The key is to surrender the worries and to develop a deep, personal relationship with Jesus—the Lover who never fails. He is trustworthy and faithful, and leaning into this truth transforms fear into confident hope. For anyone reading this and wrestling with trust, I encourage you to take small steps of faith daily.
