I’m so tired of winter
Okay, who else is absolutely done with winter? 😩 Seriously, I've been dreaming of nothing but open roads and the rumble of my engine. That's why I just had to share those pics of my sport motorcycles – you know, the blue one and the red one, patiently waiting on the gravel driveway under the carport. They're just begging for riding season to properly begin! For me, getting those perfect 'biking images' isn't just about showing off; it's about capturing a feeling. That anticipation, the freedom, the sheer joy of being out there. I love looking back at photos from past rides, and even pictures of my bikes just chilling, remind me of all the adventures to come. It’s like a visual countdown to when the grass and trees are fully green and the weather is just right. If you're also into snapping some cool shots of your ride, here are a few things I've learned that make a difference. First, lighting is everything! Golden hour (sunrise or sunset) makes your bike shine and really brings out the colors, like the vibrant blue and red of my sport motorcycles. Even parked under a metal carport, if the light hits it just right, it can look epic. Try different angles too – getting low can make your bike look super powerful, or a shot from slightly above can highlight its sleek lines. I also try to include some natural elements in the background, like those lush grass and trees in my recent photo. It adds context and makes the image feel more alive, even when the bike isn't moving. And don't forget the details! Close-ups of the engine, the wheels, or even your gear can tell a story. It’s all about evoking that 'CMON RIDING SEASON' vibe through visuals. Sometimes, it's not even about a professional camera. Most of my best 'biking images' are just taken with my phone! It’s more about the eye for a good shot and the passion behind it. What kind of biking images do you love to see?
