Hey fellow witches and wizards! I just had to share my experience with what I found to be one of the most epic and challenging parts of my journey through HOGWARTS Legacy: the Fourth Trial. If you’ve reached this point, you know it’s not just another quest; it’s a true test of skill, strategy, and magical prowess. My latest video, which is Part 11 of my Hogwarts Legacy series, dives deep into how I managed to get through it, and I wanted to give you some extra insights here. I remember feeling a mix of excitement and dread when I first approached The Forth Trial. The whispers about it being particularly tough were certainly true! For me, the biggest hurdle wasn't just the combat, but also figuring out the right approach to the Pensieve Guardian and its formidable defenses. You'll need to be on top of your game with spell combinations and defensive maneuvers. I found that having a good mix of offensive spells like Confringo and Expelliarmus, alongside essential defensive spells like Protego and Stupefy, was absolutely crucial. One of the most memorable parts of this trial is definitely meeting and riding the Graphorn. This majestic beast is central to completing the quest, and honestly, the sheer scale of it was breathtaking. I’ll admit, approaching it felt a bit intimidating at first, but once you understand the mechanics, it becomes a powerful ally. Make sure you're ready for some intense battles leading up to this point, as the path to the Graphorn isn't exactly a walk in the park. There are plenty of Ashwinders and Poachers trying to stop you, so be prepared for continuous engagements. My personal strategy revolved around crowd control and focusing on one enemy at a time. Using spells like Accio or Depulso to separate enemies can make a huge difference, especially when you're facing multiple opponents. Don't forget your potions — Wiggenweld Potion is your best friend for staying alive, and if you have any offensive potions like the Edurus Potion for defense or Thunderbrew for area-of-effect damage, definitely use them! The environment itself plays a big role too; I often used ancient magic attacks when multiple enemies were grouped together, or threw exploding barrels to clear out larger groups. After finally completing The Forth Trial, the sense of accomplishment was immense. It really pushed my limits in Hogwarts Legacy and taught me a lot about mastering the combat system.
