Lot is the size of trading. The bigger the lot opens, the greater the impact of price movement on profit and loss.
So choosing Lot shouldn't just look at that.

But should ask
✅ How much of our funding?
✅ How much loss can be accepted?
✅ Put Stop Loss where?
✅ Does the Lot size comply with the trading plan?
📌 No Lot is the best for everyone.
There are only lots that suit each person's funding, trading plan, and risk level.
