Okay so like I got both of these books at the library so, thankfully, I didn't waste money on them but I do regret picking them up. The first was The Accidental Dragon (I forgot the author's name) but I couldn't even finish the first chapter! It was just page after page of sexism (mainly misandry) and I just got so sick of it. The second was Heartstopper, I had to force myself to finish it but it was so boring. I truly feel that book was over hyped. And I know its a graphic novel series but if the first volume doesn't pull me in and hold me captive, why would I continue Y'know?
