My nail inpos and the results 🌸🤭✨
Hello lovelies,
Here are the nails I did this week. I am still learning so I’m I took a little bit of each picture. I hope this helps newer nail techs like me to not be afraid to take risks. The more you practice the better you’ll get, I have a long way to go but I’m excited to keep learning.
Please let me know what you guys think! I would love the feedback good or bad hehe ☺️
It's so inspiring to see fellow nail enthusiasts sharing their journey, just like I do! As a new nail tech, I totally get that feeling of wanting to experiment and take risks with designs. It's how we learn and grow, right? These diverse nail inspos you've shared are fantastic examples of pushing creative boundaries, and honestly, they look amazing! If you're like me and constantly looking for fresh ideas or wondering how to achieve some of these intricate looks at home, let me share a few tips I've picked up. For those adorable floral patterns, a fine detail brush or even a dotting tool can work wonders. You can create simple petals with just a few dots or strokes. And those playful polka dots? A dotting tool makes them super easy and consistent. I've found that starting with a nude base, like the one I see in some of these designs, really makes colorful polka dots pop! French tips, whether classic white or a vibrant light blue tip like you've shown, are a timeless choice. Don't be afraid to try different colors for your tips! Sometimes, a simple colored French tip elevates a look instantly. For a bit of glam, adding a 3D white flower or even some delicate glitter can transform your manicure. I've been experimenting with placing these near the cuticle or as an accent on one nail. Thinking about different nail shapes? These designs look stunning on both square-shaped nails and longer coffin or almond shapes. Each shape gives a slightly different vibe to the design, so it's fun to play around. If you have shorter nails, don't worry – there are tons of cute short nail inspos out there! Simple abstract swirls, a single floral accent, or a minimalist French tip can look incredibly chic on a shorter canvas. For anyone diving into Gel-X nails, remember that proper prep is key for longevity. And when you're ready to show off your beautiful creations, finding the right caption can be almost as fun as doing the nails themselves! I often use playful or encouraging captions like, 'Nail art is my therapy!' or 'New week, new nails!' or even 'Practicing my craft, one nail at a time!' Hashtags like #newnails, #gelxnails, and #summernails, as you've used, are perfect for reaching fellow nail lovers. Keep practicing, keep experimenting, and most importantly, have fun with it!
