I love baking at home, it’s my favorite thing ever.

The snow has led to baking a cake, specifically a sprinkle cake w/ vanilla buttercream & ganache (A FAIL).

WHY THE HELL IS GANACHE SO HARD TO MAKE?

Will someone, anyone please comment and tell me how I can make ganache from home? I know it’s supposed to be simple but for some reason I. FAIL. EVERY. TIME!
